- Introduction Consultation Meeting – Video or phone call depending on preferences to establish the employees needs and the key requirements of their new home
- Pre-arrival research and screening of housing based on needs, provisions of samples to enable informed decision making based on prioritisation of needs.
- Shortlisting – We send a selection of properties to review and decide which properties they would like to visit
- Property Tour – The dedicated consultant will arrange to visit selected properties, hand-holding them through the process. During the tour, they will receive an overview and be shown the surrounding area, so they can learn more about the locality and nearby amenities.
- Lease Negotiation – The consultant will negotiate and review the terms and conditions of the chosen property lease agreement. They will secure the best possible agreement to ensure contract dates align with the employees needs.
With your new home secured, TRC will coordinate final arrangements with the leasing agent (negotiation, contract, date of transfer of property) and provide advice on tenant/landlord responsibilities.
We will prepare a move-in inspection report and help with utility services connection and account set-up; water, gas and electricity, internet, TV, mobile, and so on. During the immediate post move-in period, we will liaise with the landlord for any queries that may arise.
